Family-owned company recognizes employees with $4M in Christmas bonuses
Floracraft owner Lee Schoenherr is sharing nearly $4 million with his 200 full-time workers as a cash bonus and a special contribution to each employee’s 401(k) retirement account.
The average employee tenure at FloraCraft is nine years with some families being second- and third-generation employees. Gifts to employees with more than 40 years of service will top $60,000.
