This organization has been using CSISTARS Service Anniversary program to reinforce their people-first culture since 2011.

Each year, on average 75 employees receive service awards and are publicly recognized at a special Service Award Banquet. CSI STARS sends recipients a “Save the Date” invitation and prepares a personalized program guide with their picture, bio and personal message. It’s an emotional and heartfelt evening of meaningful and memorable speeches that truly make team members feel they are part of something bigger than their job.
