I think we all would call Covid-19 a crisis. I will give you a hint. It is the same for countries, organizations, teams, couples, friends & individuals. If you have been trained in Organizational Development or Large Scale Change then you probably know that harnessing this critical element is always the key difference between failure and excellence.
